Of the many things to do near D.C., amusement parks can make for a fantastic and fun day for you and your whole family. There are so many amusement parks around D.C. that it might be overwhelming to think about which one to visit first. Before you leave the Reserve At Regency Park, here’s some top picks for amusement parks near D.C.- Six Flags America (Mitchellville, Maryland) – This Six Flags has more than one hundred rides and the largest waterpark in the area. Whether you want the tea cups for a looping roller-coaster, they’ve got you covered.
- Busch Gardens (Williamsburg, Virginia) – This amusement park near Colonial Williamsburg has tons of coasters, animal exhibits and water rides.
- Adventure Park USA (New Market, Maryland) – This Western park offers go-karts, mini-golf, laser tag, ropes courses, climbing walls and many more options to keep everyone moving and having a good time.
- Dinosaur Land (White Post, Virginia) – Interested in prehistoric creatures? Check out these thirty-seven giant dinos between March and December.
