Ways to Throw a Successful 4th of July Party in Your Apartment

Want to throw a party at your apartment in Centreville, VA?  Here are some ideas to make the event successful. If you want to sit and watch fireworks, the closest events are in Old Town Manassas at the Manassas Museum starting at dusk.  Put out a blanket, lie back and enjoy the fireworks.
